Kim Kardashian Shares Childhood Memory of Walking Madonna’s Dog for Iconic Jewelry
Kim Kardashian recently revealed a glamorous memory from her childhood: she and her sister Kourtney used to walk Madonna's dog in exchange for some of the pop legend's iconic jewelry. While most kids earned pocket money through more ordinary jobs like babysitting, the Kardashian sisters had a unique arrangement with their superstar neighbor.
In an episode of the Disney+ documentary In Vogue: The 90s, Kim shared that when she and Kourtney were just around eight and 10 years old, they lived next door to Madonna. As a reward for walking the Queen of Pop’s dog, they received Madonna’s famous neon rubber bracelets—a signature look from her earlier years.
Recalling the moment with excitement, Kim said, “One day, after walking Madonna’s dog, she brought down a shoebox filled with neon rubbery bracelets and told us, ‘Here girls, I’m so over this phase.’” The sisters proudly wore them to school, causing a stir among their classmates.
"We told everyone, ‘Madonna gave them to us!’ but no one believed it at first," Kim laughed, remembering how surreal the moment felt.

Additionally, Stella McCartney shares insights on growing up as the daughter of Paul McCartney.
This nostalgic tidbit is just one of many captivating stories from the era that shaped fashion and pop culture, giving viewers a glimpse into the world of young Kim and Kourtney Kardashian.
